PRIVATE CLIENT MORTGAGE ADVISORS: We are in the business of rarity and trust, and as an experienced financial professional, you will be responsible for providing experiential service to our accomplished and sophisticated clientele.

As the assigned Private Client Mortgage Advisor, you will present the terms of our custom mortgage planner, advise the client in determining a suitable course of action, and assist in the financial viability review prior to commitment documents.

PCMA Certified Private Client Mortgage Advisor:

• Salary & Bonus Package: $325,000 - $550,000 (Annual Range)
• Bonus Paid at Time of Submission: 25 BPS (Whether Loan Funds or Not)
• PCMA Private Client Profile: Average Loan Amount: $1,641,385.00 (August 2021)
• Work Life Balance: Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm (No Overtime & No Weekends)

ESSENTIALS WE SEEK:

• Excellent communication, analytical and critical thinking skills, professional support oriented, and in a state of constant learning and development to evolve with ever changing client needs.
• Persuasive presentations skills along with the ability to articulate credit concepts and complex financial strategies in verbal and written form.
• Strong organization and time management skills with ability to work Independently and anticipate business and client needs, see the White Space.

PROFICIENCIES WE VALUE:

• Professional experience advising high net-worth credit packages with complex estates.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management or transferrable degree.
• Professional designation or advanced degree such as CFA, CMT, MBA, etc.
• NMLS Safe Act Licensed Mortgage Advisors I Private Bank experience ideal
• Prior Private Bank experience or at least five years of mortgage lending experience.
• Knowledge of corporate formation structure and unique property vesting i.e., trusts and LLCs.
