Probe Technician

About the Company:

Translarity provides full wafer test solutions to the semiconductor industry. We are located in Fremont CA, Hutto, TX, Shanghai and Taiwan. This is a full-time role in the Hutto, TX office and will report to Shawn Taylor (US Operations).

Position Purpose:

Translarity is in an aggressive growth phase and is seeking this role to help deliver state-of-the-art wafer test solutions to the world’s leading semiconductor manufacturers and their suppliers.

Responsibilities will include:

· Read engineering drawings

· Operate metrology tools (I.e., digital microscope, profilometer)

· Operate lab equipment (I.e., parylene coater and etching tool)

· Perform inspection and report results

· Continuously improve all aspects of these duties

Skills and Qualifications:

· Fine motor skills for microscope work

· A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach

· Responsible and trustworthy

· Class 10,000 cleanroom PPE use required

· Working knowledge of MS Office

· Basic hand tool use

Experience

Semi-conductor and/or clean room experience a plus

Education

High School Degree and additional qualifications will be a plus
