Position Summary:

A successful Procurement and Logistics Coordinator (PLC) possesses strong communication, negotiation, and technical skills, along with anticipatory thinking, and a keen ability to multitask. Reporting to the Project Manager, the PLC will handle administration and logistics for the PM and Field Team members, keeping the project running smoothly and on time. This may include ordering equipment/supplies, coordinating travel, updating trackers, and scheduling meetings and appointments.

PLC include:

  • Assist project manager with specialized project related tasks.
  • Daily communication with field personnel.
  • Update project trackers and spreadsheets in excel.
  • Interact with internal and external suppliers for purchase and delivery of tools and services.
  • Negotiate with travel providers (including hotel & rental cars).
  • Book travel and prepare travel itinerates.
  • Anticipate and resolve travel and/or logistics related issues.
  • Schedule and set up individual and team meeting logistics (on behalf of PM)
  • Weekly 1:1 with project manager – review assigned tasks and future prerogatives


Work Location:
Concord, CA or willing to work PST time.


The PLC position is full-time/hourly and may require (at times) “non-traditional business hours” in assisting field personnel in logistics and travel related needs.

Must have at least three years of experience in a related field.
