The data analytics translator will play a critical role in bridging the technical expertise of data analysts and data engineers with the insight and operational knowledge of business leaders. In this role, the data analytics translator will help ensure that the deep insights generated through sophisticated analytics translates into actionable information to meet the business needs of the organization. The data analytics translator will work with operational leaders to help formulate questions and needs, guide leaders to the correct data, and help leaders obtain insight for priority business needs. The data analytics translator will bridge the gap between business leaders and technical resources. The data analytics translator will ensure that data engineers and data analysts understand the needs of the customer and to help the analysts locate and deliver accurate analysis to answer complex business questions. The data analytics translator will manage data projects, assisting in scheduling resources and prioritizing efforts. The data analytics translator will help identify new data measures and attributes, associated with projects across the organization, and partner with I.T. to consider new architecture and reporting standards. The data analytics translator will contribute to education on data standards and data tools by sharing professional insight with key educators and providing applicable education to data analytics customers. The data analytics translator will evaluate, collaboratively with others, and tactfully explore advanced analytics (predictive analytics, AI, etc.) to advance the capabilities of the organization.

REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering or math or four years of equivalent work experience. Master's degree preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred. Minimum of three years working in teams and demonstrating ability to take initiative, train and coach others to utilize analytics principles as part of the work required. Minimum of three years strong acumen in quantitative analytics and structured problem solving required. Minimum of three years strong project management skills required. Minimum of three years proficiency with a variety of information systems and computing tools/applications required.

POSITION DETAILS: Exempt level position. Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

PAY RANGE: $47.80-$73.80
