Twin Falls Subaru is adding a brand-new position to our team, the Subaru Love Encore Redelivery Specialist.
We are looking for someone to become THE Subaru product subject matter expert.
This person will:
- Educate brand-new & return Subaru owners on the features & options in their new car (at time of sale, and within a couple weeks after during a return visit)
- Assist our Product Specialists with their knowledge of our vehicles, and newly released products
- Provide THE ABSOLUTE BEST customer service to our guests
No selling is required! Some of the pay will be direct from Twin Falls Subaru, the remainder is from Subaru of America.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Drive to learn *everything* about our line up
- Organizational mindset
- Ability to educate people on technology, in a way they would understand
