As a Technical Product Manager joining our Digital Communications team, you will demonstrate both technical and business aptitude. You will be expected to collaborate with business product owners, architects, and technical engineers to help enable the modernization and expansion of capabilities that make it easy for customers to manage their digital communications preferences. You'll be a key partner on an Agile Scrum team, writing and refining stories, and attending all ceremonies. If you can quickly learn our Digital Communications Platform, have a passion for building and optimizing technical capabilities that enable amazing experiences and can assist in the shaping of new digital communications solutions, you may be the perfect fit for our team.

This position requires the ability to come up to speed quickly in new business areas, work with multiple products/projects/business units in parallel, and balance multiple initiatives. You should have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and outstanding analytical and research skills, as well as a passion for digital and emerging technologies.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate effective collaboration between business partners and our Digital Communications product and technology groups
  • Understand and manage a roadmap within the Digital Communications space
  • Analyze business needs and issues, gaining alignment on prioritized solutions
  • Document requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with our tech teams within their sprint cycles to be sure all epics and stories are ready for development
  • Manage dependencies across multiple partner teams and remove obstacles and blockers to ensure on time delivery
  • Collaborate with tech leaders to ensure the system and capabilities are healthy

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • 3+ years of product or relevant experience as well as record of individual technical achievement
  • Understanding and experience working on technical platforms that provide capabilities to multiple of internal and external business partners
  • Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills
  • Proven track record of delivery and new product feature creation
  • Ability to prioritize projects and efforts according to business need and industry trends
  • Ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
  • Experience with agile product development techniques and continuous integration philosophies as well as ability to use JIRA and Confluence tools
