Job description

The assemblers build and test the valve products to ensure that all the necessary product specifications are met and comply with industry standards and company standards. This is an excellent job for someone who likes to work independently and in a clean and quiet environment.

Full-time, 40 hours a week plus OT
Consistent schedule - Monday through Friday, 6 am to 3:30 pm or 3 pm-11:30pm
Lots of overtime if you want it.

Qualifications:

A critical and logical thinker.
Team player.
Have strong attention-to-detail and problem-solving skills.
Takes pride in work and desires to work without supervision.
Must be dependable and show up to work every day and on time.
High School education. Advanced education is helpful.
Experience in assembly production or manufacturing is helpful.
Basic computer skills and a demonstrable ability to understand and perform job tasks using a computer.
Must have essential reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to follow established procedures and instructions consistently and accurately
Strong attention-to-detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
Ability to accomplish tasks promptly
Good communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently or within a group; maintain a positive and respectful attitude, able to display a positive attitude throughout the day, and handle tense situations that arise
Team player, show mutual respect for coworkers, able to take direction.
Must have dependable transportation; show up to work daily and on time.
