Our customer in Monroe, Wisconsin is a food manufacturing company looking for energetic, hardworking people to join their production team. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for filling and leveling forms, cleaning, pushing/pulling racks of cheese, flipping forms into brine, and sanitizing.

Responsibilities of the Production Associate:

• Flips, demolds, and washes cheese forms.
• Maintains and rotates cheeses through the brine process.
• Prepares cheese for aging.
• Sanitizes equipment and work area.
• Follows safety policies and procedures.
• Helps with other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Production Associate Requirements and Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for entire shift.
• Lift up to 50lbs.
• Climb up / down ladders and scaffolds.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must have good attendance.

Pay for Production Associate: Starting at $19.70/hour.
