Job Summary:

This position helps handle various jobs in our company day-to-day. The job responsibilities include assisting with hands-on physical labor and operation of machinery with the goal of streamlining company production and the upkeep of customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions:

• The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds.
• Perform various other duties as requested.
• May provide assistance to different lines on an as need basis.

Job Requirements:

• Team player; gets along with others.
• Ability to work in both hot/humid and cold environments.

Key Competencies:

• Basic arithmetic, writing and reading comprehension skills used to record and transfer data.
• Solid problem solving skills.
• Attention to detail is a must.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a manufacturing environment which requires a thorough knowledge of the industry and understanding of the importance of safety.
