Natureplex is a privately held company that was first started in 2001 and has been growing exponentially each year. We offer our own control brand but are also very strong in private label and contract packaging of enemas, feminine hygiene products, over-the-counter medications, and personal care products. We are rapidly growing which means there are opportunities for advancement. We have two production facilities, one in Olive Branch, MS and one in Memphis, TN. We currently have openings for Production Associates at our Olive Branch and Memphis locations.

1st shift hours are 6 am - 2:30 pm with the possibility of overtime.

Essential Functions

• Perform production duties that include sorting, packaging, and loading on a fast-paced

assembly line.

• Must be able to in a team environment.
• Effectively communicate issues to their Line-Lead, Supervisor, or member of Management.
• Execute all procedures to complete tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Clear and set-up production fill rooms and pack lines prior to new production run.
• Maintain housekeeping standards within designated area and throughout the facility.
• Adhere to all cGMP’s, compliance/regulatory mandates & quality requirements.
• Perform any required in-process product quality checks and any documentation that is

required.

• Assist in the identification & implementation of continuous improvement opportunities.
• Performs duties as assigned to meet departmental as well as Company goals & objectives.

Equipment Used and Physical Demands

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be engaged in frequent bending,

stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of product and equipment.

• Maintain the production pace of other team members.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack to transfer empty/loaded skids.
• Can lift up to 50 pounds.

Expected Hours of Work

• Monday – Friday, 40+ hours per week, with occasional overtime or Saturday

Required Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
