Guardian Filtration Products, a division of Pentair, a growing manufacturing company is looking for a full-time Production Associate. Pentair is currently seeking a successful candidate that will be a valued member of the production team and will carry out various tasks in our new factory on the assembly line manufacturing pool and spa filters. This position could include filter construction, banding, gluing, potting, cutting cores, seaming, and packaging as well as carrying out basic quality and testing checks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform production duties related to the manufacturing of filters.
- Monitor the production process.
- Maintain work area and equipment
- Carry out basic quality and testing checks.
- Regular attendance is essential to the success of this position.
- Must be willing to work with other employees in a team environment.
- Must be willing to adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
