Warehouse representatives should be able to fulfill the below.

-Ability to work at multiple workstations to accommodate production needs.

- Assemble products for stock as needed.

- Assist Quality Control in production.

- Works on the line where tasks may vary as different model of same article moves along the line.

- Verify sales order to assembled parts and/or finished product.

- Adhere product logos and serial numbers on products properly.

- Observe all safety regulations and procedures of the facility.

- Help in keeping production area clean and organized.

- Participate in Kaizen activities to achieve productivity and quality improvements.

- Train associates as required.

- Perform support operations, including, but not limited to Forklift Operator, Team Lead, Inventory, Receiving and/or Planning Backup.

- Preform other duties as assigned.

Education

- High School diploma or equivalent

Experience

- Two to three years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Skills/Knowledge

- General knowledge in the use of hand tools and shop operations

- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos

- Ability to write simple correspondence

- Ability to effectively present information in a one-on-one/ small group setting to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals

- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs

- Ability to understand and carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions

- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations

- Must work well with others and have the ability to be a team member

- Ability to accept direction from a peer.

Physical demands

- Moderate periods of sitting, standing and walking in office or warehouse facility

- Must regularly lift or move 10 pounds up to 25 pounds
