Job description

Production Associate position at our progressive manufacturing small business that deploys heavy mechanical/hydraulic equipment in a high-speed manufacturing environment. Duties include fulfilling responsibilities assigned during a shift, following the production schedule, and taking ownership to optimize machine operation.

Current openings:

• 3rd shift (11pm - 7.30am): $17.68/hr to start, $18.72/hr after 90 days

Responsibilities include:

• Operate automated equipment
• Set up and adjust machine and equipment for production runs.
• Ensure equipment is adequately supplied with raw material
• Clean, lubricate and maintain machine to ensure its optimum operation.
• Troubleshoot issues and submit requests for maintenance as needed.
• Ensure health and safety requirements and procedures are adhered to.

Requirements:

• Can-do attitude, ownership of your work, and good attendance are essential
• Enjoy a dynamic work environment and taking on challenges
• Work shifts and overtime as necessary
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Operate forklift, front end loader, and power tools
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
• Pass a drug screen and participate in weekly randomized drug screens
• Be able to work in a plant environment
• Be able to do hard work
