Crystal Print, Inc. is a family-owned manufacturing business founded in 1949, and we are looking for great people to join our growing team in Little Chute, WI. We make the packaging for products you see and buy every day.

As a production associate, you will work alongside flexographic press operators to set up, print, and remove finished product from a flexographic printing press. You will share in responsibility for product quality and waste, personal safety, and maintaining work area cleanliness. No experience is necessary – we train you.

Our Schedule

The base shift allows everyone to have 2, 3 and 4-day weekends. The basic shift rotation is as follows:

Week 1: night shift, 44 hours, 4-day weekend

Week 2: night shift, 44 hours, 3-day weekend

Week 3: day shift, 48 hours, 3-day weekend

Week 4: day shift, 44 hours, 3-day weekend

Week 5: day shift, 48 hours, 2-day weekend
