McConnell's Fine Ice Creams is hiring a Full Time Production Baker for the purpose of producing cookies, maintaining food safety standards, and assisting in scoop shop menu item production. We are looking for someone who has a passion for high standards, enjoys working on their feet operating commercial equipment in a fast-paced environment, and has some experience/interest with baking.
The working environment is in a commercial kitchen located inside our main plant in Oxnard. We are a small team that communicates and works together to get the day's goals accomplished. Every day is different here and we are hoping to find someone who will fit into our group and help us grow and meet our goals. Communication and big picture skills are a MUST.

Hours: 8am-4pm (6 to 8 hours a day, with potential for over time)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, with potential for flexibility

Duties will include using commercial cooking/baking equipment to prep, mix, roll, chop, bake, boil, package, etc. various recipes based on a weekly schedule--all while maintaining our high-quality standards in the finished product and the cleanliness of the kitchen.

This job works great for those in school wanting a flexible part-time position or those wanting manufacturing experience in a team environment.
