Job description

You will help contribute to the bottom line by leading the people and processes involved in production. You will ensure production meets output and quality goals while remaining within budget limitations. It will be required of you to have a core set of skills including time management, problem solving, interpersonal communication and leadership to ensure quality performance control and safety goals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to supervision of the following:

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and ensure crew is abiding by all safety policies.
• Managing work plans and directing crew to ensure safety and efficiency of process.
• Mowing / cutting brush
• Disposing of litter and debris
• Overseeing traffic control for Maintenance activities
• Performing routine maintenance and service of equipment and vehicles
• Managing employee hours
• Communicating with customer, Missouri Department of Transportation and other personnel

May operate powered equipment and vehicles.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old by start date and possess a valid Illinois Driver's License. Must be able to work in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must be able to pass a physical, drug screen, and background investigation.
