Las Vegas - Production Manager
Mission To deliver on the Las Vega site production metrics.
Priorities
- Achieve site metrics
- Safety - 0 OSHA Recordables and 100% safety participation.
- Productivity – at or exceeding 100% of plan on the Coaters and Slitter departments.
- Scrap – at or below 10%.
- Housekeeping – at or exceeding plant standards.
- Manage production employee training program and matrix.
Who
- No toxic team members – performance management standards.
- Develop leadership competencies of self and team members.
Relationships
- Provide our production team members clear visibility and schedule consistency by completing staff scheduling per company standard – (i.e bi-weekly schedules).
- Collaborate with the Centralized Planning Department to ensure service targets and customer requests are achieved.
- Be the voice of production to achieve production metrics and drive efficiencies.
- Any actions or decisions should impact all other site metrics positively (i.e. service and quality)
Givens
- Full ownership, understanding and communication of site performance metrics.
- Provide prompt feedback in Weekly10.
- Knowledge and utilization of Redhawk, Sales Order, WMS and Weekly10.
- Participate in monthly plant communication meetings.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering, business, or similar experience.
- At minimum, 3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and training abilities.
