Program Analyst

Responsibilities
BryceTech is currently looking for a Program Analyst. This mid-level position will play a key role with a fast-paced ASPR client providing support to all areas of the primary public health emergency management and response agencies in the U.S. Government This role will support the oversight of a team providing strategic planning support, emergency medical response, and logistics for the U.S. government’s response to public health emergencies such as the COVID pandemic or monkeypox, and preparation for future emergencies.This role will Support ASPR’s programmatic mission and staff in coordination of Headquarter (HQ) and field level operational reporting

• Design and develop programmatic methods of rapidly training and educating volunteers to deploy to support operations
• Provide a technical review of program reports and documents prepared for senior leadership
• Conduct program research/analysis and develop programmatic evaluative documents
• Provide coordinative support in the planning, organization, and facilitation of interagency coordination meetings
• Provide program and project management support and subject matter expertise on matters related to public health and medical needs for at-risk populations and services that support them in communities
• Provide facilitation, coordination, project management and other support on the broad array of emPOWER projects
• Support the development of innovative guidance, training, tools and resources to improve Federal support to community level readiness, preparedness, response, recovery and mitigation capabilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, or a related field. Master’s of Public Health preferred
• Between four to six years of experience supporting technical programs. Experience supporting data analysis or modeling and simulation programs highly preferred.
