Our organization is seeking a Program Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the program staff, including coordinating workflow, preparing documents, and managing databases. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have a strong attention to detail. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping others and has a desire to make a positive impact in our community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to program staff.
• Organize and maintain program files and records.
• Assist with the preparation of reports .
• Schedule and coordinate work flow with different departments .
• Maintain databases and spreadsheets related to program activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
