Program Assistant – Employment Services (Part-Time)

The Southwestern Wisconsin Community Action Program (SWCAP) has an immediate opening for a Program Assistant in our Employment Services programs.

This is a part-time position, up to 20 hours per week. The position is based in SWCAP’s Administrative Offices in Dodgeville, Wisconsin. The starting pay rate is $16.25 to $18.50 per hour depending on your qualifications.

The Employment Services Program Assistant provides administrative and logistical support for the Skills Enhancement and Business Development programs. While the Program Assistant is not a service provider, the position may be called upon to interact with program clients periodically. Daily activities may vary. Common duties would include facilitating communication between program participants and program staff, creating and updating program schedules, assisting with the planning and managing of program events, and managing program social media accounts.

Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination is required.
