Full-time, full benefits, and full job satisfaction knowing your work will make a difference with Easter Seals Goodwill ND, Inc. We are hiring a full-time Program Coordinator (PC) for our Residential Services Program to work in the Bismarck/Mandan area. Some job duties include:

• Case management and service coordination for children and adults with barriers, and adults who are aging;
• Supervision of Direct Support Personnel; and
• Ensuring persons-supported realize their goals and attain personal outcomes.

The salary range is $43,000 to $46,000 per year depending on experience.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a human service field plus one year of experience in working directly with people with developmental disabilities. Preference will be given to those with a psychology, social work, education or gerontology degree.

Typical hours are between 8 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Flexibility is needed to work later into the evenings when times arise to meet family needs. Being on-call is part of the job. The PC takes the phone on a rotation for one week at a time.
