The purpose of Dignity Health Management Services Organization (Dignity Health MSO) is to build a system-wide integrated physician-centric full-service management service organization structure. We offer a menu of management and business services that will leverage economies of scale across provider types and geographies and will lead the effort in developing Dignity Health’s Medicaid population health care management pathways. Responsibilities
Job Summary
- The primary responsibility of an Enrollment Analyst consists of enrollment maintenance reconciliation and correction for all DHMSO plans the Enrollment Analyst will also be responsible for analyzing and evaluating Enrollment and Disenrollment operational performance and processes through internal and external discussions with staff management in an effort to ensure operational excellence and maintaining compliance.
- The Enrollment Analyst will perform data analytics assist with various audits and special projects.
- Support Enrollment Manager and assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
Experience
- Working knowledge of DHPR and CMS rules for Eligibility
- Understand and have a working knowledge of EDI process
- Minimum of 5 years experience working with Eligibility/Enrollment for Commercial MediCal and Medicare LOB
- In depth knowledge of eligibility rules for Medicare MediCal and Commercial insurance.
Education
- High School Diploma/GED

- Ability to work with multiple teams; partnering with other areas of the organization.
- A compensation range of $41,000 to $79,000 is the reasonable estimate that CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
