The Program Management and Federal Acquisition Consulting Associate supports consulting projects for Federal Government clients in program management and acquisition working with senior executives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment on a high-performing team. The associate has at least 3-4 years of experience on large programs for the Federal Government and is focused on process improvement and mission results.

Arc Aspicio is currently working in a hybrid work environment where work will be performed at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and, as approved, remotely on a part-time basis. All candidates must live in the Washington, DC area at the time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Join our consulting practice to support projects and company growth initiatives, managing multiple workstreams at one time
• Support Federal government projects, including in homeland security and emergency management, to deliver technology solutions that transform services to citizens
• Provide program management support, including procurement support, contract administration, and financial management for a large complex portfolio of projects
• Apply Federal government regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulations
• Collaborate with our clients to solve tough problems, delivering outstanding client service, and achieving mission results
• Apply excellent consulting, business analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients
• Develop consulting skills and help grow the company outside of your project by participating in new business and strategic initiatives
• Contribute to our company culture, which promotes client-focused teamwork, learning, and helping others to grow and develop

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in a consulting project for the Federal Government supporting large programs
• Experience in acquisition programs
• Ability to design and implement new processes and tracking systems for contract and financial tracking on large complex programs
• Experience collaborating with senior-level clients and developing high-quality deliverables in a complex stakeholder and technical environment
• Proven to be flexible and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and complex work environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Outstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills and interest in leading deliverables and workstreams
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person
• Experience and technology experience with Microsoft Office products and use of collaboration tools (SharePoint preferred)
• Desire to join a consulting firm and learn business concepts; loves to collaborate and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projects
• Clearance: US Citizenship only (no dual citizenship) / ability to obtain a security clearance
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Critical Skills: Entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, resilience, flexibility, learning-oriented, excited to engage

• Experience developing acquisition documents, statements of work, and technical specifications to support procurements
• Experience on large information technology (IT) programs
• Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations and the Federal Government acquisition lifecycle
