Summary:
We are seeking a talented Program Manager who can mange reporting for an account(s) or significant project(s). This individual needs to have strong analytical skills, excellent presentation and face-to-face client skills.
Your role in our mission:
The Program Manager will work closely with the account management team and with the operations team on successful delivery. From Utilization Management services to State Medicaid client(s). Job responsibilities include oversight and management of projects, analysis of data, building reports and creating and/or review of client deliverables.
What we're looking for:
- Builds and manages client relationships with State Medicaid clients with support from the Program Director; responsible for ensuring client satisfaction. Primary contract responsibility is with Ohio Department of Medicaid.
- Oversight and management of specific products/services of a contract or special projects for State Medicaid Utilization Management contracts
- Builds relationships and collaborates effectively with operations to ensure successful delivery of services to client(s). Assist in the creation and/or review of client deliverables
- Continuous monitoring and timely reporting to management progress toward business goals.
- Assist in the development of both internal and external reports to monitor operational and financial performance
- Prepares, monitors, and manages budget and revenue expectations for assigned client(s).
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements, client relationships and satisfaction, and strategic agendas and partnerships
- Identifies sales opportunities and assists the account management team with successful close of sale (including proposal development process)
Basic Technical Skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Work proficiently with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and company databases.
- Understand the basics of data table structures and report building.
- Able to develop client presentations and proposal content with minimal direction.
- Effective communicator- strong verbal and written communications
