We are currently looking for a Program Manager I - Campbell to join us in our mission to save lives and prevent injuries.

Position Highlights:

The Program Manager of the Campbell Institute is responsible for interacting and engaging with

member organizations with a focus on growing value for those involved. This position manages

several avenues of member engagement including assisting in the planning and execution of several

meetings, website content management various other project management tasks. Additionally, this

position will assist in the dissemination of information to our members and the general public through

various outreach activities and methods.

What You’ll Do:

Project Management:

  • Define the main objectives of the projects, their purpose, and the scope.
  • Create integrated and ongoing project plans to include key deliverables and milestones and the tasks required to complete each.
  • Execute the work or assign work as part of the plan.
  • Monitor and control the processes/tasks associated with the project.

Outreach:

  • Provide knowledge, education, and awareness of products/services to any population that might not otherwise have access to or knows of NSC programs.
  • Write articles, blogs, or similar outreach documents for print or online publications.
  • Knows public policy, issues, legislature, and regulatory influences, as well as scientific research, and reports the most effective strategies to address the issues.
  • Participate in trade shows or other similar events.

Relationship Management:

  • Engage in regular communication with, and build relationships in all directions (e.g., peers, supervisors, funders, stakeholders) to advance the strategy/program.
  • Support and encourage an environment that appreciates the diversity of employees’ and stakeholders’ styles, opinions, and perspectives.
  • Relay information, build consensus, fact-find, and maintain transparency and open exchange while keeping partners up to date and notified of program status and impact.
  • Communicate with other NSC initiatives, campaigns, and departments to identify potential dissemination and cross-collaboration opportunities.

We’re Looking for Someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, or similar and at least 4 years of relevant experience in program/project management with responsibilities spanning multiple projects simultaneously. In lieu of education, at least 6 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience working the executive-level contacts is preferred.

  • Understanding of how marketing and communication strategies are developed and executed.

  • Works independently with moderate-to-minimal guidance.

  • This is a remote position.

  • Salary range: $60,000 to $62,500
