Each member of the Crossroads team specializes in an area that supports the recovery of over 26,000 patients, monthly. Crossroads' clinical staff includes physicians, pharmacists, counselors, nurses, and other service coordinators. Along with medication management, our staff works closely with each patient to create an individualized treatment plan aimed at building recovery and relapse prevention skills.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and strong Program Supervisor at our Office-Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT) facility located in Philadelphia - Kensington, PA. Program Supervisors are responsible for the overall efficient operation of multiple clinical sites including, but not limited to scheduling and coordinating a team of 2-20 clinical assistants, assignment of preparation materials needed to run the clinic, execution of the patient experience during clinic and ensuring all post-clinical duties have been performed on a daily basis.

Work Schedule:* Work week is based on a typical 40 hours work week. OT must be approved. Clinic hours vary per location. Must be able to start work some days as early as 7 am and work some days as late as 7 pm, including weekends.

Must be willing to travel/ work at the following locations: Kensington, Northeast Philly, Feasterville, West Tabor, and North Broad

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties that are assigned:*

  • Assign all clinical prep work.
  • Ensure the execution of the patient experience.
  • Perform training and development.
  • Provide training and development to all new clinical assistants.
  • Maintain the clinic inventory.
  • Ensure all post-clinic tasks have been completed.
  • Ensure toxicology tests (oral swabs and urine samples) are properly labeled and prepared for pick-up.
  • Ensure the clinic is presentable at all times.
  • Ensure the proper handling and disposal of medical waste through the use of sharps containers and other provided equipment.
  • Constantly protect patient data in alignment with all HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in interviews for new clinical assistants.

Position Requirements:The most qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required at minimum.
  • Minimum of one-year experience in healthcare/addiction treatment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team environment where patient care is the primary goal.
  • Ability to coordinate a team of 2-20 clinical assistants.
  • Ability to participate in interviews and provide input in selecting qualified candidates.
  • Regular local travel is required.

Here is the current schedule that outlines patient hours for each center. Candidates work with the Area Manager to confirm work schedule. Employee start and end times may vary some from patient hours based on what is needed to prepare for and close out your day.
