Position: Program Analyst

Duration: Long-Term contract

Remote opportunity

Possess knowledge of applying analytic methodologies and principles to address client’s needs. Supports analyst functions including data collection, interviewing, data modeling, project testing, and creation of performance measurements to support project objectives. Conducts activities in support of project team’s objectives. Works closely with senior Analysts or Team Leads.

Duties may also include executive assistant support, financial and acquisition support, hiring and employee-related tasking, preparing presentations, taking notes, appointment management/facilitation, asset management, record management, maintaining Continuity of Operations (COOP) plan, and maintaining Office’s sites.

• Working knowledge of Federal Travel Regulations and Procedures.
• Remarkable attention to detail and excellent data management skills.
• Skillful in properly handling, developing, ranking, systematizing, and synchronizing tasks to meet goals and deadlines.
• Working knowledge of the following tools and relevant knowledge:Contractor Actuals.

Enterprise Data Warehouse – Business Objects.
Microsoft products. –Excel, Explorer, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, One Drive
Desktop and Word.
Momentum.
WebEx and MS Teams.
FedTraveler use, regulations, and procedures.
Kronos Web T&A.
Knowledge of contract planning, execution, and management.
Knowledge of records management.
Knowledge of project/product management skills is a plus.

• The Contractor shall possess knowledge of applying analytic methodologies and principles to address the Office’s needs.
