About the team
The Conversion Team is extremely client focused dealing with the onboarding of new customers to our financial credit card platforms or supporting existing client’s migration projects from on FIS credit platform to another FIS platform. Products are TBS, Base2000 and Payment 1 Credit.
What you will be doing
- Programming _Traditional COBOL – Not Micro focus. Traditional Mainframe green screen COBOL.
- Creation of JCL
- DB2/TSO, CICS
- Ability to create GBI -Generic Batch Interface patches.
- Converting external processor data to internal credit platforms.
- Ability to create delimited files.
- Ability to create dyl280 programs.
- Conversion do happen on the weekend so weekend work should be expected.
What you bring
- Ability to work a team setting as well as independently.
- 8–10-year Traditional Green Screen COBOL – Sr. Level.
- Working knowledge of a batch financial process environment.
- This is a client face role, and it is expected that you will interact with internal/external clients.
Bonus if you have
- Credit Card process is huge plus.
- Client onboarding work history.
