We’re looking for an amazing Coordinator, Programs and Production Development professional to fill this role, which is based in our Santa Clarita office. This is a hybrid work schedule opportunity. You’ll be responsible for cabins, all travel logistics, accommodations for creative team, and PCL Support staff. This role supports ordering and distribution of orders from new show development and programs. Challenges with this role would be amendments to scheduling, travel and shipping logistics, cabins changes that need to be actioned very quickly and or happen during off hours. The coordinator of Programs and Production development has the authority to submit cabin, travel request, and approve flights, cabins, hotel, and logistics. This role required to have oversight of all travel schedules for vendors, contractors, fleet operation trainers and outside creative teams, to be responsible for relevant logistics for show operations, live experiences, event programming and new show development installs, and supports Dance Studio operations.

Responsibilities
- Researches and books travel, assesses available cabins against potential yield
- Responsible for logistic execution of onboard visits and hotel accommodation
- Responsible for all relevant logistics for program operations.
- Responsible for organizing and archiving all relevant production show collateral and programming material, including PR material and show duplication as required
- Creates and detailed charts, power points, graphs, and spreadsheets
- Responsible for coding all invoices associated with production show Capital Expenditure Reports, Crunchtime, Markview, iexpense, iprocurement and Oracle,
- Required to maintain running cost spreadsheets and providing detailed reports to Manager and Director
- Prepares Purchase Orders and liaises with Supply Chain and vessels to coordinate appropriate delivery.
- Attends monthly cabin meeting to identify requirements and provide updates and availability
- Responsible for completing and assisting new vendors with all pertaining Vendor Maintenance forms.
- Exhibits familiarity with all production shows and programs in order to accurately communicate with Public Relations or Marketing departments and vendors.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Equivalent Experience in in the entertainment and travel industry.
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service/event planning, supply chain and or hospitality.
- Proactive self-started who knows how to rapidly anticipate and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Multitasker with experience juggling many tasks simultaneously and reprioritizing daily basis.
- Strong work ethic who repeatedly goes the extra mile.
- Comfortable working on a global scale across multiple time zones, with occasional off-hour tasks.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Expert organizational and analytical skills.
- Good negotiating and proficient at reviewing and understanding contract language from vendors.
- Strong planning skills with innovation hands -on, practical approach.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams
- Passion for the Entertainment and travel industry.

- Base Salary Range: $63,700.00 to $86,000.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
