Programs Field Representative - H11A

Annual Salary $50,136.01 + Full State Employee Benefits

Job Duties

• Provide technical support to both internal and external users of DDS software.
• Prepare materials and will provide training on software related issues to both internal and external users.
• Serve as a decentralized security representative for DDS. These duties will require that the PFR appropriately manage DDS user access to software and data systems.
• Consultation capacity to the human resources process for the division.
• Compile reports that are provided to division leadership on both occurring and as-needed schedules.
• Work as part of the DDS team that is currently transitioning DDS to a new data management system that will be utilized both internal and external users. A duty of this position will also involve collaboration regarding software testing and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work on a diverse team and directly with people from diverse backgrounds specifically racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, and disabilities.

Preferred Minimum Qualifications

• A master’s degree and three years of professional experience in social work, child support, adult protective services, child welfare, early childhood development and education, guidance and counseling, nursing, intellectual disability, probation and parole, public administration, community-based prevention and diversionary youth services programs, juvenile justice, rehabilitation counseling, vocational evaluation or vocational rehabilitation;

• An equivalent combination and experience, substituting 1 additional year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education.

• Professional experience in the fields listed must have been the primary job responsibility to be considered as qualifying. Incidental performance of professional work in any area(s) shall not be considered.
