Description:
- The Project Analyst will provide direct support to the Facilities team (for the Facilities Management group). The ideal candidate will be detail oriented in a collaborative role with excellent communication and organizational skills and have experience in project management and analysis support to ensure efficient operation of the team's projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational and administrative support to the facilities management team, including but not limited to Environmental Health and Safety, data maintenance, website maintenance, and communications
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Perform data entry, data validation for ongoing projects
- Assist with documentation and reports
- Maintain operational data to provide preliminary analysis
- Monitor and resolve data issues by coordinating with the wider teams
- Collaborate to enable team's issue resolution processes
- Provide vendor and procurement process support
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with MS SharePoint and MS Teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to learn new tools and apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Working onsite every week is expected
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Requires 2+ years of relevant work experience.
