Asset Living is currently seeking candidates for Property Manager for one of our Senior communities, Viridian Apartments located in Down Town Saint Petersburg.
This opportunity is a supervisory position with authority, responsibility, and accountability to plan, implement and monitor operation, profitability, quality service and resident relations. Oversee all aspects of running a multi-unit residential community, including budgets, physical service, advertising, leasing and pricing. Effectively create a marketing and management program to maintain optimum occupancy levels, income, and value of community. Effectively select, hire, train, motivate, counsel and reward employees.
Must have at least 4 years Project Based Section 8 Experience this does not include your previous property accepted Section 8 Housing Vouchers.
Must have at least 5 years experience as a Property Manager.
This is a onsite position you must be familiar with HUD Guidelines and file processing including but not limited to rent calculations and documentation.
Experience with Onesite and Blue Moon Software preferred,
COS Certification and or LIHTC Certification a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
