Project Coordinator
Job description
The Marketing Coordinator will be the primary driver of Bratney's marketing efforts. They will support the development of Bratney’s brand, including equipment sales, project development operations, and related services in the seed, grain, flour, food, and special commodity industries. The position is responsible for overseeing relationship with outside marketing consultants and driving digital marketing efforts. Additional responsibilities include internal communications, branding, and industry outreach. The primary focus is to attract a qualified audience to our company, communicate product value, strengthen brand loyalty, and ultimately aid in increasing sales revenue.
Primary Responsibilities:
●Manage relationship with marketing consultant firm and ensure they are providing excellent service.
●Drive all digital marketing efforts; From website & SEO to paid ad campaigns & social media.
●Assist in development and maintenance of annual marketing budget.
●Oversee company branding and ensure brand standards are adhered to across company.
●Organize and oversee all trade show details and other industry outreach. Work with sales team to plan out these details well in advance. Ensure we are properly registered, and sales team has all materials they need for each show.
●Collaborate with sales team to design and order company apparel and other promotional materials.
●Research and analyze the markets we operate in to identify common needs of our consumers; Use this knowledge to help drive higher conversion rates and increased revenue.
●Assist in planning and execution of company-wide meetings and events.
●Utilize applicable tools within HubSpot CRM to enhance marketing efforts.
●Maintain a focus on quality customer service to preserve and strengthen customer relationships.
●Willingness to perform other company tasks outside of primary job description as necessary.
Education/Experience:
●Associates Degree or greater is required.
●2-5 years of B2B marketing experience is preferred.
●Skilled in the use of basic computer software and web/mobile applications to accomplish daily tasks.
Physical/Other Requirements:
●Occasionally required to climb up/down ladders.
●Occasionally required to lift items up to 45 lbs (trade show materials).
●Occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
●May be asked to travel by car or plane on occasion (0-3 nights per month) to assist with tradeshows or events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
