CSR Engineering is seeking a Project Coordinator to be based in our Pleasant View, TN office.

This position is expected to begin June 2023.

Reports to: Project Engineer

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting project managers by overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring resource availability for the project team.

Job Duties:

• Assist Project Engineers on multiple projects including bidding process, contracts and change orders, and maintains project bidder list, and help procure documents for preparing bids and bid proposals.
• Help set up projects and prepare documents.
• Track project details, costs, etc…
• Create invoices via our accounting software and distribute to clients
• Manage project management documents such as project files, plans, specifications, addendums, submittals, schedules, purchase orders, and close-out documents.
• Execute a variety of project management administrative tasks such as data entry, organizing files, invoicing, and email management.
• Support project managers and team members to help them complete project tasks.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of contracting/construction office management experience
• Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills and detailed oriented.
• Accounting knowledge working with general budget tracking, and accounting practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.11 - $25.42 per hour
