Job description
Insight Global is seeking an onsite Project Coordinator for one of our Security Integrator clients in the Charlotte, NC area. This individual will be responsible for working alongside a Project Manager to complete the following, but not limited to:
- Providing administrative aspects of assigned projects from award through completion including; but not limited to, planning, scheduling, subcontractor and material procurement, invoicing and close-out.
- Coordinating project requirements with the PM
- Entering data for projects and change orders into the accounting system
- Forecasting revenue with the PM
- Working with vendors
- Working with the AR team to receive payments from customers
Skills & Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator (preferably having experience working with a construction, general contracting, or services company)
- Experience with the following: Writing PO’s to subcontractors, booking jobs, light billing & invoicing, working with vendors, viewing project financials, etc.
- Experience with Excel
- Excellent customer service experience
Plusses:
- Security and Access Control experience
- Microsoft Project experience
- Bluebeam experience
