Job Title: Project Coordinator

We’re seeking someone who enjoys working with others to ensure compliance with critical processes of our business, manage transitions between divisions, and to maintain positive relationships with customers from day one to job close! Duties/Responsibilities:

• Contact customers and ensure customer satisfaction throughout all phases of project.
• Analyze compliance task achievement in all divisions and improve scores with insurance carriers and third-party administrators (TPAs).
• Coordinate organized schedule of labor for jobs and manage transitions between divisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with TPAs and homeowners.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Knowledge of service level agreements (SLAs) with TPAs is strongly preferred (TPAs include Alacrity, Contractor Connection, Sedgwick, Lionsbridge, CodeBlue, BrightServ, and others).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma required.
• *Restoration or construction industry experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary, based on experience.
• Ten (10) days of paid time off (PTO) per year.
• Seven (7) paid holidays per year.

• Participation in 401(k) plan with employer matching after 3 months of employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,151.09 - $49,000.00 per year
