As a Project Management and Planning Operations Representative you will have the ability to communicate and collaborate across a broad range of functional competencies and senior leadership will be critical. This position will require high organizational and communication skills across a broad spectrum of organizational entities including proposal teams, functional departments and Corporate office personnel.

Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to work with technical leads to manage cost, schedule and/or technical scope.
• Experience working with supplier schedules/programmatic and/or integrating performance data.
• Experience leading or working in cross functional, diverse teams.
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint.
• US citizenship required. Must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Willing and able to travel as required.

Desired Skills:

• Subcontract Management experience.
• Previous CAM experience.
• Risk and Opportunity Management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in driving complex issues or problems to successful closure.
• Knowledge of program lifecycle and how early milestones may drive future costs.
• Experience with hardware manufacturing, performance-based payments, and subcontract management.
• Desire to enhance Program Management skills including communication, the ability to deal with unforeseen challenges, building strong relationships, and be a change agent for managing our projects better.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) systems.
• Familiarity with Fleet the Ballistic Missile program, or other Missile/Weapon System programs.
• Familiarity with the Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) customer organization.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with the customer.
• Support internal and external customer audits.
• Excellent communicator both written and orally.
• Demonstrated business acumen.
• PMP certification.
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, capable of relationship building with customers and employees at all levels and across multiple geographic locations.
• US citizenship required. Must have the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
