Project Manager - L1 support

11 Months Contract
In this role, you would be a manager for L1 Support team in the Capital Markets domain. This team acts as a helpdesk to support internal client tool. You will be responsible for end- to-end management of team, it's deliverables, handle escalations and manage stakeholders in the client's organization. You will also need to interact with the other teams and stakeholders to tackle business problems. Participate, gather and report status of ongoing projects.
Responsibilities
- Project Management, Stakeholder relations, Day-to-Day delivery
- Interact with client to understand requirements.
- Provide assistance and troubleshoot issues faced by end users in using in house tool. Handle escalations.
- Be a SPOC for onsite client managers.
- Communicate and co-ordinate with different teams and act as point of contact for end users, client managers and various client teams for various Product support projects
- Be able to work in high-pressure environment.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Graduate with > 10 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge/exp. of Capital Markets is an added advantage for this position.
- Experience on being Onsite Project Manager/SPOCs for Project(s).
Preferred qualifications
- B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA etc.
- Agile certified preferred.
- Good communication skills & highly proactive in approach.
- Ability to manage & prioritize deliverables.
- Ability to be learn and apply new processes and tools
- Strong Excel & VBA skills are preferable.
- Process orientated awareness of Lean Six Sigma.
- L1 Support (70%)
- L1 floor support to onsite client team on publishing platform & other Research applications
- Act as a point of contact for the L1 support team offshore
- Understand the changing requirements and provide suggestions for process improvements.
- Provide inputs on the overall management and direction of the team and service line.
- Communicate and co-ordinate with different teams and act as point of contact for end users, client managers and various client teams for various Product support projects
- Data Team Support (30%)
- Act as a point of contact for the Data team offshore
- Handle escalations; collect feedback on the performance of the team.
- Provide inputs on the overall management and direction of the team and service line
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $53.00 per hour
