Big Bear Restoration is excited to announce we have an opportunity for the right candidate to join the team as a Reconstruction Project Manager.
Plan and execute reconstruction/construction projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors and resource providers involved in reconstruction services.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software
- Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate
- Schedule, coordinate and oversee subcontractors and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors
- Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
- Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
- Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
- Provide priority response to potential customers
- Ensure proper permits are acquired
- Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers
Position Requirements
- 4+ years of previous construction experience
- 2+ years of Project Management experience
- Xactimate and Symbility experience is a plus
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance and complete a variety of physically demanding activities
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- IICRC certifications preferred but not required
