DFIT Training Studio is an exclusive boutique health and fitness studio in Fort Lauderdale looking to have an effective, communicative, and efficient Project Manager join our team!

We are professional, agile, innovative and our goal is to provide personalized training with state-of-the-art equipment & professional fitness instructors to provide adults at any fitness level with premium fitness experience.

Our project manager should be able to execute projects on time and on budget. Meet project requirements consistently and go above and beyond. We are looking for someone to execute projects within scope; as well as accountable, and a strategic business partner fully vested in organizational success.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for functionality and management of employees, enforce adherence to the employee handbook.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion of the project.
• Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the course of the project.
• Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the course of the work day.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and other interested parties.
• Provide guidance to team members as needed.
• Right -Hand of owner. Promote progression and further development to the business.
