Job Summary:

Our MPS (Managed Print Services) team is currently looking for a Project Manager to join the team. This Project Manager will communicate with project stakeholders. Collaborate with the project team (internal and external) in developing a project plan in conjunction with expected deliverables outlined in the Statement of Work. Monitor project status and resolve project issues and risks. Recommend, create, and manage change requests when there is an identified change to the scope of work.

Essential Job Functions:

• Communicating overall project status with stakeholders.
• Monitoring project scope and identifying project issues and risks with the project team.
• Addressing project issues by collaborating with the project team to identify recommendations and propose resolutions to clients.
• Manage change management requests and communicate with clients on how changes to the project affect project schedule and budget.
• Identifying areas of process improvements in project implementation, documenting and communicating them to internal stakeholders.
• Perform business analysis for clients for the purpose of documenting their business processes and transforming their identified processes using automated workflows to be more efficient and accessible through electronic content services.
• Address support tickets as needed.

Required Education and Experience:

• 1-3 years related work experience
• Computer skills: Laptop/PC
• Advanced computer skills for a completely paperless/digital workflow
• Highly organized, punctual, and capable of effective, efficient multi-tasking.

Preferred Exeperience:

• PMP or other Project Management Certifications

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
