Responsibilities:

• Communicate thoroughly with subcontractors, salesmen and office staff daily.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure safety standards and high workmanship skills are being utilized properly.
• Oversee all aspects of a roofing/ construction project from implementation to completion.
• Ability to monitor project progression and problem solve issues that may arise.
• Ensure job site is cleaned up properly.
• Display adequate roofing knowledge and customer communication skills.
• Travel to job sites and haul debris to dump after (hours may vary).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Alpharetta, GA 30005: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
