A leading high-quality Commercial Contractor based in Fairfield County, CT seeks a Project Manager to work in the Tri-State area. Abilities and expertise are to include a minimum of 10 years experience in industrial and commercial projects. Experience in only residential work will be not be considered for this position. Knowledge of all phases of general construction from estimating, planning to completion as well as being proficient in scheduling, expediting, correspondence and coordination of all work aspects including RFI’s, submittals and change orders.
