Crestron is seeking a Project Manager to join the Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Services (CREWS) Team. We are seeking a polished, professional individual who will work with our Project Team to plan and complete the upgrades, renovations, and new construction projects for our US properties.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management of construction projects at our US properties. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• 
  Assist in the planning and managing the successful completion of projects in our NJ/NY locations (7) and remote US locations. These projects will consist of area upgrades, renovations, and new construction projects at facilities as required. All work will be coordinated with the Workplace Services Team to make sure building operations are not adversely affected.
• Having the ability to support the Project Team in the development of strategies that promote the efficient use of space while keeping with the approved Corporate Standards. Must have the ability to plan spaces using pdf, Vizio and CAD drawings. A working knowledge of furniture systems is a plus.
• Developing and tracking budgets for all projects using historical information and available data from contractors and vendors.
• Developing and tracking schedules to coordinate with critical dates, lease expirations, and user requirements.
• Managing outside vendors including Landlords, architects, engineers, contractors, furniture vendors and service providers.
• Representing the CREWS Department when meeting with Senior Management and internal staff. Must be able to communicate ideas, plans and status of projects.
• Coordinating with Administrative staff to manage proposals, purchase orders and receipt of goods and services. Must provide monthly status updates related to budgets and schedules.
• Providing support in the creation and maintenance of annual budget reports
• Creating reports summarizing work status
• High degree of customer service skills required

Minimum Requirements include:

• 5 years of prior Project Management Supervisory experience required
• College degree with Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural concentrations recommended.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Vizio, CAD and Microsoft Project required.
• Ability to create and manage budgets and schedules for all work
• Strong initiative and customer service skills required
• Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision and work in a team environment
