JOB DESCRIPTION:

• 
  Manage project leads
• Develop and implement sales programs and campaigns
• Maintain promotional materials and inventory
• Liaison with the marketing team on creative requests from the trade (banners, ads, flyers, billboards)
• Manage and maintain content of the trade website with the assistance of IT

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Determining needs of the Sales department to help and support with general operations and to help them reach team objectives
• Establishes strategy, develops action plans and execute sales projects.
• Manages programs and the department marketing needs and work closely with sales leadership to execute various initiatives.
• Manage, maintain and oversee the content on the trade website
• Manage and maintain the trade marketing resource tool.
• Manage relationship with vendors or external partners
• Preview creative deliverables by proofreading copy, artwork, and production materials to ensure accuracy of content, brand messaging and overall quality.
• Liaison with the marketing team on creative requests from the trade (banners, ads, flyers, billboards)
• Keep a working knowledge of all resort brands, current promotional efforts, and updates as well as advertising/design industry trends.
• Manage and maintain the trade marketing resource tool online and traffic items through approvals, production, and processing purchase orders.
• Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with marketing and creative services departments; inventorying stock; placing orders
• Tracks promotional materials effectiveness and usage thru communication with the sales team and travel advisor community.
• Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
• Assist in ongoing demand generation marketing efforts including, but not limited to, marketing team collaboration and coordination, campaign setup, content and collateral development, event support, sales coordination and communication and monthly reports
• Assist in any other project assigned by EVP of Sales, VP, Trade Sales and/or the Director of Sales Operations.
• Other duties, tasks and assignments, as needed or required.
• Ability to travel and must be flexible with hours since this may require evening / weekends.

COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent Customer service skills
• Computer literate – Microsoft Office
• Marketing experience preferred
• Knowledge of travel industry preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent follow-up skills

EXPERIENCE:

• 
  Education: Bachelor’s degree from four-year university or technical college
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a creative execution role
