What we are looking for:
A bilingual property administrator who will be responsible for overseeing the operational and administrative aspects of TTHI Properties located in Kissimmee and St. Cloud. Their responsibilities include but are not limited to; collections, income certifications, maintenance coordination, property inspections, HUD recertifications, resident relations, information reporting, and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.

Expected Schedule:
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Requirements:
  • 1-3 Years of related experience
  • Hugh School Diploma or GED
  • HUD Certification Required: if the applicant is not certified, they must successfully pass certification within 6 months of hire
  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to pass and maintain a clear motor vehicle report

Terms of Employment:
Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 as a condition of employment. All Applicants must provide proof of Covid vaccination prior to employment.
There are only two (2) exceptions to this requirement.
1-The individual is excused from receiving the Covid-19 vaccine due to a qualifying medical reason. Proper documentation from a healthcare provider is required. The documentation does not need to reflect a diagnosis but it does need to be provided by a licensed healthcare provider. It must be verifiable.
2-The individual is declining vaccination due to a religious belief.
The individual must demonstrate that this is a religiously held belief. This may be demonstrated by providing a letter from a religious leader. This letter must be verifiable.
