Job description

· Oversee 2 Manufactured Housing Communities approximately 20 minutes apart in Essex and Abingdon Maryland, based out of an office in the Essex Community.

· Prepare and process paperwork to include applications, leases, rules, addendums and renewals as required.

· Oversee maintenance vendors and property contracts to ensure grounds and maintenance needs are addressed in a timely manner.

· Perform property inspections and address non-compliance issues with residents.

· Perform collections activities to include written and oral contact with residents.

· Address all resident concerns in a timely manner and in accordance with Maryland law and established Lease and Rules and Regulations terms and conditions.

· Provide specified monthly reports to Director of Operations.

· Carry emergency contact phone and respond to property emergencies as needed.

· Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Email is required.

· Property management software experience is required, Rent Manager experience is a plus.

· Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems a plus.

· Knowledge of Maryland Manufactured Housing laws and Code is preferred.

· Position requires 24-30 hours per week, with additional hours as needed for emergency response events.

· Specific schedule negotiable but requires 3 days per week minimum on site.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
