MACO Management Co., Inc. is currently seeking a Property Manager for our housing communities located in the Mount Olive, MS area.
Candidate must be highly organized, have great communication skills, ability to work with the public and meet deadlines regularly and have a pleasant personality.
Responsibilities include rent collection, maintaining tenant files, annual re-certifications, lease renewals, manage maintenance work orders and supplies inventory, manage pest control process with scheduling and inspections, oversee and resolve tenant conflicts, coordinate tenant move in/move out and other duties as assigned.
We require a high school diploma, computer skills and customer service knowledge .
