Total Spectrum Counseling is hiring! We are a small group practice specializing in neurodiveristy affirmative psychological assessment and psychotherapy. We specialize in working with ADHD and Autistic people to empower them to live their most authentic lives. We also work with many other psychological conditions - trauma, depression, anxiety disorders, outpatient needs for those who experience extreme states, etc. But all of our therapy is practiced from a lens that is decidely different than most therapy modalities.

We are specifically looking for 2 clinicians to join our growing, but small, neurodiveristy affiming practice. We are looking for one licensed clinician of any type (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist) familiar with neurodiversity affirmative therapy to provide individual therapy (couples and family exerience is a plus) and potentially psychological assessment. We are also looking for an LCSW to provide both therapy and supervision. Both must be licensed in CA and have familiarity with the neurodiversity movement/paradigm. Preference will be given to applicants with lived experience of neurodivergence.

Work from home and make your own schedule. This position will require a minimum of 15 clients per week. Supervisors should be prepared to take on 1-2 supervisees, for which you will be paid your hourly psychotherapy rate. There is also a requirement to attend 1 hour team meetings every two weeks. Full time employees (32 hours + per week) are eligible for medical insurance after 90 days. We also offer a 401K plan to all employees.

Pay is 60/40 fee split with practice for psychotherapy, and $100/hour for supervision.
