TAG Consulting is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to join our client's team in Ocean County, NJ! Our client is a well known commercial and residential builder with over 100 employees!
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with project managers for payment approvals
- Ensure that purchasing documents are complete and accurate and include appropriate and reasonable terms and conditions
- Maintain pricing histories and other various spreadsheets
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to create and maintain excel worksheets
- At least two years of purchasing experience preferred
- Construction knowledge a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
